Vasiliki Touhouliotis is an independent researcher interested in the slow violence of war and the geographies of displacement caused by militarized conflict. She holds a PhD in Anthropology and is a researcher for the ESRC project, Crossing the Mediterranean Sea by Boat: Mapping and Documenting Migratory Journeys and Experiences.
