Yuri Dzhibladze is president of the Centre for the Development of Democracy and Human Rights (Moscow), a member of the Coordination Committee of the Civic Solidarity Platform, an international coalition of human rights NGOs from Europe, Eurasia and North America, and advocacy coordinator at the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum.
