Carlos A. Heredia is professor and researcher with the Department of International Studies at the Centre for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE) in Mexico City, where he studies migration and regional economic integration. He was a Member of Mexico’s 57th Congress. He attended ITAM in Mexico City and is a graduate of McGill University.
