Antonio Gisbert is Chief Petitioner for Oregon Rebate, a basic income proposal for the state of Oregon that is on the general election ballot this November. We caught up with Antonio at the 22nd Basic Income Guarantee Conference in San Francisco, California to discuss the benefits of the proposal and the power of direct democracy for creating the change one wants to see in the world.
