Arthur Stein

My name is Arthur Stein and I am a French researcher affiliated with the Centre for International Peace and Security Studies at the University of Montreal (CIPSS). In my work, I am interested in the role of non-state armed groups during civil conflicts, and their influence on the return to peace and state-building. My expertise focuses particularly on the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa.
