Imad Stitou

Imad Stitou is a Moroccan journalist who has worked for several renowned newspapers in Morocco, including al-Massae, al-Aan and Hespress magazines. He was one of several independent journalists who established the French-speaking Le Desk news website. He was a correspondent for Lebanese daily Al-Akhbar, and London’s Al-Quds al-Arabi. He is a contributor for US-based Al-Monitor and publishes regular political analyses on the Carnegie-affiliated Sada website. Stitou was part of the student leftist movement before joining the Unified Socialist Party.
