Jan Banning

Jan Banning was born in the Netherlands in 1954, and studied social and economic history at the University of Nijmegen. He has published seven books; among his numerous awards are the Dutch Icodo Award 2003 for Traces of War and the World Press Photo 2004 Portrait Stories Award. He is represented by Panos Pictures

in the UK.
