Rachid Touhtou
Rachid Touhtou is an assistant professor at the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA) in Rabat. In 2015, he was a Carnegie Fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where he worked with the Human Rights Organizations Project.
Rachid Touhtou est professeur l'enseignement supérieur assistant à l’Institut national de statistique et d'économie appliquée (INSEA) de Rabat. En 2015, il était titulaire d’une bourse Carnegie à l’École Humphrey pour les Affaires Publiques de l’université du Minnesota où il travaillait pour le Human Rights Organizations Project.
رشيد توهتو هو أستاذ مساعد في المعهد الوطني للإحصاء والاقتصاد التطبيقي (INSEA) في الرباط. في عام 2015، كان زميل كارنيجي في كلية همفري للشؤون العامة بجامعة مينيسوتا، حيث كان يعمل مع مشروع منظمات حقوق الإنسان.
