Roger Vaughan Jenkins

Roger Vaughan Jenkins was born in Singapore. He is the artistic director of Dramaplus Arts and the founder of Hi! Theatre, Singapores Theatre of the Deaf. From the Belly of the Carp, his first published work, won the Singapore Literature Prize in 1995.
