Stuart Cohen

Stuart Cohen is professor of political studies at Bar-Ilan University, Israel and a long-time analyst of the Israeli Defence Force and Israeli security issues. His publications include The Jewish Polity: Jewish political organization from Biblical times to the present (Indiana U.P., 1984, with D. Elazar), and The Scroll or the Sword? Dilemmas of religion and military service in Israel (Harwood Academic Press: 1997).
