Subhadra Banda is a lawyer with an interest in housing and land tenure. She is a researcher on the Cities of Delhi project at the Centre for Policy Research (CPR), New Delhi, a comprehensive investigation of how the city's informal settlements are governed. Before joining CPR, she clerked at the Supreme Court of India and worked at the Ford Foundation.
