Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza

Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza is a Rwandan political figure, who served eight years of a 15-year prison sentence handed to her by Rwanda authorities, after she tried to run for president. The African Court on Human and People’s Rights later ruled that those proceedings were a violation of her rights. She is the founder and head of a yet to be registered political party in Rwanda: Development and Liberty for All (DALFA-Umurinzi).
