Google: "Not evil", teaming up to fight Global Warming

 From the Google blog:

Google recently partnered with Global SchoolNet to invite teachers and students to use Google Docs & Spreadsheets collaborative software in a project to brainstorm strategies for combating global warming. Children of all ages from more than 80 schools around the world participated.

Students from more than 20 countries came up with hundreds of ideas, and the best ones have been compiled on a Top 50 ideas page. They include everything from installing light sensors in schools and offices to giving tax rebates for using solar power. Inspiring, and certainly not hurting Google's informal corporate motto: "don't be evil" (even if some have already begged to differ about my last point).
