Here's a nice rundown of what this whole Dubai port story is about from grassroots congressional news website, CitizenJoe - including some facts on port security and links to other sources. They're a little quick to dismiss all concerns:

"Pretty much everyone who's not a politician - including the conservative Heritage Foundation, the liberal American Progress, Washington Post, LA Times and Wall Street Journal - agrees the concerns about the deal are mostly political hype."
