Polina Bachlakova is a Russian-Canadian journalist, editor and feminist activist based in Copenhagen. Her bylines appear in publications like the BBC, VICE Identity and FRAME - where she writes about everything from sex work to design. Besides, she’s an editor at ethical porn company Bedside Productions - and the founder of BITE ME, a newsletter about food and feminism. Previously, Polina was a board member and activist at The Red Van, a harm reduction initiative for street-based sex workers in Copenhagen. She’s also held managing editorial positions at award-winning companies like VICE and SPACE10.
