Sunny's wake-up call for the left

Published:

Sunny started an important debate on Liberal Conspiracy with a post entitled A wake-up call for the left. He predicted a huge battle over where Labour goes after its election defeat and wants to start a constructive debate now with a politics that links to real energy not dire 'lines' or positioning. Bingo! How right can you be? Blunkett calls for vision. Charles Clarke says he feels shame and Paddy Ashdown reveals that Blairites will defect if Labour turns left. I've commented on the thread and wonder where sunder is and why no one from Compass has come in. Perhaps they are waiting for their conference on 13 June.
