Charlotte Connelly

Charlotte Connelly joined the Science Museum as an assistant curator in 2010 and has been involved with several projects including a participation driven exhibition about electronic music, Oramics to Electronica. She is currently a content developer for the Information Age gallery, shepherding areas exploring the development of television, radio and mobile phones into their final form, including a story about the arrival of mobile phones in Cameroon.

Many institutions, including London's Science Museum, are now looking to invite their audiences to take a more active role in engaging with their sites and collections, rather than being the traditional passive consumers of culture.
