Javier Rubio

Javier Rubio is a lawyer at Spain’s Centre for Social Advice and Studies, specialising in the right to housing with a human rights focus. He has led the defence of strategic housing litigation before the European Court of Human Rights and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of the United Nations.
