Noemí Pérez Vásquez

Noemí Pérez Vásquez is a Venezuelan national currently pursuing a doctoral degree at SOAS, University of London. Her research focuses on women's access to transitional justice mechanisms. Noemí has mainly worked with the United Nations on issues of the justice sector and human rights and has lived in several countries, including Timor-Leste, Brazil, the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, Norway and Mexico.
