She is the author of “The Spiritual Activist: Practices to Transform Your Life, Your Work, and Your World” and serves as a teacher, trainer and commentator on spiritual activism.
Pam McMichael's long time work for liberation and justice includes twelve years as the Executive Director of the Highlander Research and Education Center, from which she recently retired. She is a co-founder of Southerners on New Ground and Showing Up for Racial Justice.
