Paulette Desormeaux is a Chilean journalist and professor specialised in investigative and nonprofit journalism. She is the co-founder of the independent outlet La Pública, and teaches journalism at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Pulitzer Centre grantee, Knight Center for Journalists and Salud con Lupa fellow, SembraMedia ‘ambassador’, consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank and vice-president of América Transparente. Paulette has contributed to BBC Mundo, National Public Radio (NPR), Aristegui Noticias, Univision, openDemocracy and the Center for Investigative Journalism (CIPER).
