Derek Tatton is former Warden/Principal of Wedgwood Memorial College and current administrator of the Raymond Williams Foundation. Raymond Williams helped supervise Derek’s part-time PhD, completed with the OU, during a long career in adult education as WEA tutor-organiser in Bedfordshire, UK.
