José Ugaz

José Ugaz es un jurista peruano. Fue Procurador Ad-Hoc de la Nación en varios casos de corrupción y en el caso Fujimori-Montesinos y ha sido Presidente de la Junta de Transparency International. Actualmente ejerce de abogado y es Profesor de Derecho Penal en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Desde 2016, Ugaz es miembro del Consejo Asesor de democraciaAbierta.

José Ugaz is a Peruvian jurist. He was Ad-Hoc Attorney of the Nation in several cases of corruption and in the Fujimori-Montesinos case and has been Chairman of the Board of Transparency International. He is currently a lawyer and a Professor of Criminal Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).  Since 2016, Ugaz is member of the Advisory Board of democraciaAbierta.
