Naomi Klein's new book is a rapid response to Trump, but it is the product of two decades of radical thinking. In this interview she discusses Trump as a superbrand; his kleptocratic cabinet, specialists in ‘disaster capitalism’; and how to tackle global warming, in the wake of US withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement:
